I ran it in 2007 and the race started without me. Incredible traffic jam getting onto the base. I was just parking when the flyover took place and the race started. On the plus side I passed about a thousand runners but wouldn't suggest doing that. Terrific race, you will absolutely love it and give yourself time to walk through the museum after the race. Plan on arriving early and then add another half hour earlier than that. Good choice.
