Thanks to you all! I appreciate your feedback.. well.. it's hard for me to cut back.. but I did take an extra rest day this week (two instead of one) and have cut my mileage by a mile eache day (running 8 instead of 9-10). do you think that's enough? My knee feels much better.. but my hamstring and GLUTES are SO sore! Also, my third toe on my right foot still feels "jammed". Zeke - do you see what I'm saying about my running compared to Pfitzingers training plan or am I wrong?
