BAA permits this practice, so it's well within their rules (not cheating). However, I've always been baffled why the BAA goes this way. A BQ should be based on one's age the day of the qualifier, not their age on Patriot's Day. (and in your case, not your age two Aprils afterward.) It's far too soft and another reason why the race sold out in just 8 hrs. on Monday. Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
