This appears to be your 4th 20+ mile run so it is very possible and most likely this performance is a indication of your level of accumulated fatigue not your level fitness. You appear to be a driven person, a great assest to accomplish what you have set before you. That is until it becomes a liability when it causes you to push to hard. So take the taper seriously, an extra run or extra mile is not going to help you. Rest will.

Remember your #1 goal-to run and finish a marathon. Enjoy your day for you will do fine.
