I have a couple of suggestions that may assist the relief of sore muscles. 1. Try an easy Jog the next day followed by a hot bath. 2. Have your lady or man give you a good massage (with oil). 3. Muscle soreness is usually the result of more exercise than you are normally used to. Try a little less exercise or build up slowly to the bigger or strenous runs.
