I regularly run 6-8 miles and do half marathon at 9-10 min mile. I have fainted and feel lightheaded not all the timeI have gone to Drs and Hospital and new Drs call it Syncope and athletic put salt, water and pressure socks and keep going others Bradychardia or electric heart disorder Im going to the best in Arythmia and syncope at Mercy and he says just take medoprine salt tablets and go... but Im afraid. I heard someone had 43 RHR and thats what I get plus 80/s/60s pressure Does anyone else get that should I stop fearing?
