I taped for ITB and other problem areas before running chicago and it helped me cross the finish line!!! I can't say I would use it all the time since I did notice some skin irritation after having it on for several days but I know I could rely on it to do its job when needed. I wonder if certain brands are more hypoallergenic then others. Any feedback on this?
Next step is to train better and wiser for the next marathon so I would not have to rely on it...
