cervical spine problems + running Jennifer 9/21/10 5:36:15 PM ET
Hi- I wanted to see if anyone has experience with running and cervical spine problems. I was recently diagnosed with stenosis and disc bulges in my neck, and at a fairly young age. One of my doctors told me to cut down on running and NO marathons!!! I don't know what to do, I can't give up running, so I wanted to see if anyone is in a similar situation- thanks-
