Well, looks like I will be taking even more time off since I am now under the weather!!!! Ugh, first a knee problem and now getting sick!!! Just great...
I guess my next question is once I am better how should I finish off this tapering process??? Should I plan on one more semi long run before chicago??? How many miles will get me back on track?? 10miler??? This is assuming that I am fully recovered and able to run without discomfort of course. So how do I tackle the next 2 1/2 weeks?????
