Zeke, Here's some times for you, I don't have my 10K time. 10 miles: 1:18:10 Half: 1:44:45 20 miles: 2:41:40
I really thought I had a 3:35, like I mentioned just fatigue the last 4-5 miles had me running 9:30+ miles.
Compared to Pocono in May I ran Mohawk 5:45 slower for the first half but finished Mohawk 6 minutes faster overall.
This was my second fastest marathon time ever. I felt I ran a smart race, fueled well, didn't go out too fast, etc. How I ever ran a 3:31, I'll never know!!
Not making excuses, but this was the first time I ever ran 2 marathons in one year. Also, the heat during the summer months definitely had an affect on my training. I still got all my long runs (3, 20 milers) but my weekly mileage was down a bit.
I'm not giving up, but I am starting to wonder if I'll ever make it to Boston.
