So sorry to hear about your knee. How is it doing today? Hopefully you are not wearing the jeans again?

I completed 32 km (20 miles) on Sunday. Ran the first 16 km with a group from the local running room (they were only doing 16) and then ran the same route again but on my own. Pretty happy that I completed the second loop in the same time as the first.

Yesterday (Monday) I took the day off work and went downhill skiing. Not the wisest decision when your legs are already stiff from exercise but no injuries to report and my body had recovered to the point that I can go for a run again today.

The 4 hour goal is within reach (I finished 20 miles in 3 hours 3 minutes) but that last 6 miles will be T-O-U-G-H. I was already yelling at myself to suck it up during the last 5 km of my run on Sunday (thankfully I was out in the country where no one could hear me!).
