But for the knee, it sounds like the run went fairly well?
Take care of that knee. Are you still icing it and taking Ibuprofen? And don't forget to keep flexing/bending the knee. I fell on my knee in college and keep the knee bent while I used crutches for a couple of days. I did not straighten the knee at all. Well, after only 3 days, the tendon or ligements or something in the knee had tightened to the point that I had a hard time straightening the leg. The Doc said that I should have been flexing and straightening the knee and that keeping it bent for only 3 days was enough for the tendons/ligements to shorten.
