Don't kill yourself on the long runs. Since this is your first marathon, don't worry about time at all, just get the distance in. Mileage is more important than pace on your long runs. Save the 7 minute pace for your other runs. Since this is your first marathon, set your goal on finishing. On your second marathon you'll have a time to beat and have a better idea of what your training pace should be.
