I would like to start training for CIM .Im not inbad shape, however, I need acouple tips on,besides what kind of shoes i should wear,what i should do to get started. Im alone in this,everyone thinks im nuts,maybe i am.Im 53 years young,nonsmoker,nondrinker and avery healthy eater. What say anyone ? Should I include any other info ? I don't know . You tell me .Please.
