I have a half marathon on Sept 12 which is 4 weeks before Mohawk Hudson. I'm guessing that will tell me a little about my fitness level and how my training cycle has gone.
Being in the northeast, this summer's weather has made training very challenging to say the least.
My half PR is 1:38:19, I'm hoping to run anything under 1:40 on the Sept 12 race.
My full marathon PR is 3:31:20 in 2009. That was run at the Pocono marathon, missing a BQ by 21 seconds.
I ran the Pocono marathon this year in May and crashed and burned, 3:47:18. Went out way too fast, was way ahead of pace to qualify at mile 21, but barely made it to the finish. It was my fastest first 20 miles of a marathon and my slowest last 10K of a marathon.
