I really appreciate your encouragemnet! I did 21 mi last week & got lost and during my adventure, my achilles region was getting very sensitive, esp. after when I was streching my calf. It feels sensitive when I squat on my toes or go into downward dog pose...any thoughts??? I have 1 month til the big day & I don't want to injure myself!!!
