Is it just me or is this a tough Summer to train? Is there a formula I can use to back off my expected training run paces based on the number of degrees above 55 degrees? If I am supposed to do 15 miles at an 8 minute pace which is usually an easy LSD run but it is 85 degrees and 85 percent humidity there is no way I can do that. Has anyone put any thought into quantifying the effect of temperature and humidity on running paces?
