The best training is done in the extreme heat and humidity .... pushing the limits in the extreme heat and humidity produces incredible results in the Fall. A lot of people try to avoid the heat and humidity by running in the early morning or late evening. I prefer to run in the worst between noon and 2 P.M. The results of this kind of training shows up at the races.

Hi Zeke. Long time since discussions. I had the pleasure of running in a race tonight against Bill Rogers. I can now say that I out raced him by more than 1:20 ..... in the heat and humidity. Hope that you are doing well.
