I've seen a few online calculators that factor pace at various temperatures. But without adding humidity into the equation, they're highly unreliable. Also, some people dissipate heat better than others, perspire at slower rates, etc — everyone is different. And I also think running surface plays into this (a hot paved road w/ tar bubbles is very different from a wood chip trail or dirt path)
In the end, if you really want to measure the impact of heat & humidity on your training paces, you should be able to accomplish that by wearing a heart monitor.
