The PR company trumped participant numbers to the media. Read their release very carefully: "On Saturday, August 1, 2010, more than 25,000 runners, walkers and spectators will celebrate the second annual Rock n Roll Chicago Half Marathon..." Official results show a little more than 18,000 finished. So I'm guessing less than 19,000 actually started. Post a reply on the Bulletin Board
