Wineglass is well organized, friendly and scenic if you like farms. I enjoyed myself so very much running in the country, past farms on gently rolling roads with trees that were full of fall color. In the last few mile you come into Corning, past the glass buildings of the Corning Glass HQ, over a bridge and into the finish area which has a county fair feel to it. Parking was in a covered lot right in the downtown area by the finish, the expo was right there as well. You park in the early morning and they bus you to the start where you wait indoors at the power company. Nice bathrooms as well. I ran it in 2009, most marathons could learn something from this one.
