Actually -- point of fact -- there IS another way to get back -- run thru town, over the Bay Bridge (the one that "feel down" during the Loma Prieta/World Series quake back in the early 90s?), through Emeryville, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, over the Richmond Bay Bridge, then thru San Rafael, Strawberry, Mill Valley, back to Sausalito. (I am guessing this is something like 40 miles or so, but that's just a guess)
I think I'm going to mention to H that it would be "boring" to go back the "same way" and we should just go another route.
Then run really really fast away from him. :-))))))
