12K race this weekend -- running "there and back" to get the mileage in (I'm running the "modified LSD Galloway Mileage" that Steve P helped me re-jigger after having to miss 3 weeks' running).
I am having a lot of "head shakes" that I would run an A to B run, and then try to figure out how to 'carry back' the T shirt, etc. that I get in the "goodie bag" -- as we're turning straight around. I have to smile over it tho -- who would have thought, 6 months or so ago, that 12K would be 1/2 too SHORT???
