Any training tips for Chicago (flat v. hills)? Wil 7/7/10 1:41:17 PM ET
I'm running Chicago for the first time this fall. My previous marathons all had hills, so I included hills on my runs and did weight training. I've heard that flat courses such as Chicago present different challenges as the same muscles are used for all 26.2 miles. Any tips on how to train for this, or how to run Chicago, would be welcomed.
