I was wondering if you could train to run a marathon with just 4 days of running per week? I plan on doing a total of 35 miles a week at the peak of trianing for the MCM in October with 1 long run, 1 speed workout, 1 marathon pace run and 1 easy run. I have run 5 marathons in the last 7 years with my best in NY at 3:30. I am shooting for a sub 3:20.
