Yes, I was fitted and recieved new orthodics. One thing I was doing was using different sneakers on my runs ie. equalon 4, asics gel kayano, nike triax, but I have stopped that and only run in Nike Equalon 4 now. My second toe on my left foot is at least the same size if not longer than my big toe. It has a huge callus on the tip of it that gets sore on long runs. I have normal arches. I run on, Road 15% Treadmill 15% Asphalt trail 20% Padded track 20% Dirt 30%
