The only reason I am thinking of training 4 days a week is because Iv'e been battling nagging injuries for the past 2 years which have kept me from running any marathons during that time. Currently, I am pretty much injury free so I will attempt to train 5 to 6 days a week and top out at 45 to 50 miles per week at my peak of training. I just hope my legs hold up. Thank you all for your replies and help on this topic.
