Yes, I have a desk job. I try to get up and move every so often, and take a 1-mile walk at lunch. And yes, in 1993 I was struck by a car, fractured my left fibula, and had some blunt trauma to my lower left calf. Since recovering (which took 8 months) it hasn't been much of a problem.
