I suffered with chronic over-use pain/injuries to my lower right leg for all of 2008. I turned to custom orthotics. At first...thought they were the cure all. Soon after...bothered me more than they helped.
Finally, shifted away from custom orthotics and just revamped training. Cut mileage, speed work every other week and increased cross training. For me...it has worked. I can still enjoy marathon running, with less pain.
I do however love the Super Feet. Much better than the insert in most sneaks. I would put them in all shoes if I could afford to. Love the arch support.
