Thanks Peter for the quick response! and congrats for breaking the 3 hours mark !!! I really would love to hear from you more details . I'm exactly 3 months from my marathon race. I would like to know specifics about your last 3 months leading to the race ; how many running days a week ? How many miles/km per week ? what kind of quality workouts you did ( speed , tempos, etc ) ? How many long runs ( 20 miles or greater ) you did ?
