I am freaking a bit here. I just ran Boston after a cortisone shot thinking I had ITBS. Now I think I have lateral cartilage meniscus inflammation which apparently has similar symptoms but also can have clicking under the kneecap (yes) and a lump on the side of the knee at the joint line (yes). I can't find anymore that that about it online.

I have a doc appt in a week but like I said am freaking out. Anyone familiar with this? Thanks.
