Hello everyone, I will run my first full marathon on NYC on Nov 7, 2010.
Being a 45 years male I have been taking FRS as a nutrition supplement during my regular training (15 miles per week nowadays, I have not started marathon training yet...), along with a balanced diet.
Until now I have not read about any side effects on Quercetin and as a matter of fact I do feel that enhances my endurance during training runs, however it will be helpful to know from more experienced runners a word of advice on it. Thanks!
