The good news is that you got a nice PR. However if you sincerely wish to run strong from mile 20 on, it's going to require more weekly volume. You logged very few weeks of 35+ miles in your last buildup. This is not meant to be a dig, but high school x-country runners put in more miles than that. Are you familiar with Arthur Lydiard? If not, this recent Running Times article may be very helpful for you.
