13 weeks may be enough time for an experienced runner to gear up for a marathon, but you do not seem to be coming in with a solid base (25-30 miles per week for a few weeks before you begin your program.) Consider shifting down to a half and then look for something in the fall.
If pride gets the better of you, focus upon getting the long runs in. You will not have a great time, but if you transition quickly towards long distances, you should be able to survive. The risk is that you will injure yourself and knock yourself out of training entirely - the typical adverse outcome of a sudden escalation of training volume.
