Training for Boston

Hi All, I ran my first marathon, the San Francisco marathon, last July and qualified for Boston (3:39). I signed up for boston and started training 18 weeks out but i'm starting to really feel like i can't handle all the milage. I have been pretty true to the schedule as far as long runs go(was doing hal higdon's advanced 1 then swiched to intermediate)but this last weekend's long run i had to cut short, really short, i only did 10.5. I did not have this problem last time i trained, i feel like i'm in worse shape when i think i should be in BETTER shape. The only thing i did differently was i tried to add speed work to improve my time (hill sprints and 800s) but they usually aren't too vigorous so i don't THINK that's the issue. Any insight as to why i am struggling? thanks! McKenzie
