any advice for gluten free training

I have a quick question because I am new to running and as I train more I am finding that after long runs I am quiet hungry. I am not only new to running but also new to having a gluten free diet to help with allergies as suggested by my doctor . For my long runs now I am having protein shake or lean protein which is what my body is craving anyway. I am a little worried about race day because I have done 2 halfs and at the end of both races there have not been any gluten free options. This may be a silly question but does anyone know of a race that offers gluten free options post race or would the best advice be to bring my own post race supplements? I wish there was a check box at the registration or even a little gluten free area post race because I have talked to a few others in my position. As I said I am new to racing so any information would be great! Thanks so much!
