Yes, Im sort of following a novice training program, but last week I increased the milage to 9, 12,8 then 15 which may have been a bit too much. I have been running long runs at about 12-15 but without the longer milage during the week. I dont know, Im kind of flying solo. You are totally right about hydrating, so will do better this weekend, trying for 20 again. Just starting to freak out a bit, so thanks for the support.
