I run with a mother of two, although her youngest is 3. She does a couple of stroller runs and also some treadmill runs each week.
Four days a week with 50% of your mileage on your long runs is certainly possible. I did my first marathon that way.
Think about running on both Saturday and Sunday. I do an easy run on Sundays to follow up my Saturday long runs. A lot of people think that's crazy, but it works for me.
