okay, four easy running weeks is very good, I was hoping it wasn't 4 weeks of watching TV and eating popcorn & chips... for Pfitz on-line, look at the articles (you may have to search a bit)on RunningTimes.com I think he has a bunch under "lab report"... I think I remember seeing a schedule..also you might want to check out McMillanRunning.com , I don't think he has an actual schedule but he gives really good explanations about paces and how to build a schedule, or what goes into a good schedule... report back after the next marathon (and about what program you ended using), always good to hear the outcome. -Rita
