"why such a long recouperation"...
I don't think four weeks of easy running after a marathon is really that long of a recouperation...and it is what Higdon's suggests.
I believe it to be good advice.
I like Higdon's training programs, but I do want to see what else is available at the present.
I've been out of the loop for three years.
Does Pfitz have a schedule on-line one can grab, or does it require a book purchase?
