Hi While I was on an "easy" ten mile run, I felt my lower hamstring pull. I was able to walk the last two miles home with a little discomfort. I have been icing and resting. It's not serious but the tightness is there. I know it,s only been two days, but the CIM is in two weeks. I have trained well; 3to4 runs p/wk varying distance; half mar and 20mi run. I want to achieve my goal 1st marathon. I appreciate any advice you can give. Thanks-Ken
