You might want to take a bit more time to recover. If you ran the last one hard, and generally have lots of distance under your belt, you will likely benefit more from recovery than you will from another hard week four weeks before the second marathon.
If you want a more authoritative source, take a lot at Pfitzinger & Scott, Advanced Marathoning, in their chapter on multiple marathons. The logic makes sense to me and I found the approach useful.
The caution is that unless you had particularly bad weather or other circumstances, or just took it too easy last weekend, the odds on shaving 5 minutes off your time aren't high.
