recovery after a marathon

Today I ran my first marathon - my legs (especially my lower calf into my ankle and my hamstring) felt very tight and hurt the entire first half! But I finished strong.. now I want to know... what do I do to recover? How should I run this week? What else should I do to help myself get back to my regular running as soon as possible? Thanks!
