Hi all! I got a massage about 5 days ago, however, I am still very tight in my hamstrings and one calf muscle. Would it be beneficial to just get a "flush" massage - nothing deep - tomorrow (Thursday) or is that too close to my marathon on Sunday? Also, since the massage I have had bad lower back pain after I run - do you think that whatever was done on my glutes is causing that or is it unrelated?
