Possible Bone Spur

Hi,

I was hoping someone might have some insight for me regarding a potential bone spur. In my training for the marathon last month, I had some pain in the top of my right foot. I relaced my shoes more loosely and that helped, but I still felt pain during and after the marathon.

Since the race I have been biking and swimming more, and recently I ran a 5k distance then did a few laps in the pool after. I felt some decent pain in the top of my feet and it maybe feels as if there is a bump as indicated by a bone spur.

Again I wanted to see if anyone has any insight on this, and what things I can potentially do to heal the spur if it is indeed one.

Thanks,

Chris
