Can I Be Ready in 14 weeks? Chrissy 11/8/09 1:02:04 PM ET
Is it unreasonable for me to think I can be ready to run a marathon in 14 weeks? I have been away from any running at all for a month and from any conistent running for 11 months. I ran my last marathon in Dec 08 (5 total). I'm just looking to finish. Also, if this is feasible, can anyone recommend a 14 week program? Thanks.
