Your question suggests that you have not been running faithfully for the last year, but various people might mean quite different things by those words. Also, what else have you been up to? There are carryover benefits from other endurance sports.
If you have already done 5 marathons, you know what it is like to run while tired. You have also had a chance to observe how your body responds to the challenges of marathon training. If it was difficult for you the last time, and like is no simpler now, 14 weeks may be a stretch. Why not give yourself another 3 or 4 weeks?
Whether you can be ready in 14 weeks depends on how much of an endurance base you hae already and on whether your objective is to finish or to do some particular time. If time isn't important to you, there is no need to worry.
That said, The end of April and early May offer some very interesting marathons.
