I'm happily moving along with my training but not at the pace I want. I googled running mistakes and found a cool article I love and thought it might help others also. I'm guilty of like 7 on any given day so am keeping this as a checklist for myself. Hope you get something from it also.

Anyone have any other advice for me to move along faster? I found eating and rest are prob the two biggest factors. Working on it!
