Hi.
I've gotten really nauseous after my last two long training runs: a 13 and 20 mile run. It's the first time I've gotten sick like that. It wasn't stomach sick, more akin to motion sickness if anything. Has this started to happen to anyone? Any tips on how to avoid?
I've been eating vanilla bean gu and drinking gatorade, which never gave me problems before.
