Sunbeam - you're right.. I know I need to decrease mileage and focus on speed work (I just always run far as fast as I feel I can - I like to push myself, but it's not the best training approach!). I am going to definitely work on incorporating the sit-ups and I plan to get a deep tissue massage. Zeke - thanks for that URL - I did what you suggested and I'm actually right on target/in range with my LRs. I just can't imagine I'll maintain a fast enough pace on marathon day to make the projected finish time. But I know I can't focus on that. BTW, what are Yassos?
